Ready
Goals & Challenges: Refine the identity, design the application UI and create a website for a startup online pharmacy brand in the men's sexual health market. Ready's objective was to speak to a younger, more diverse demographic that might not see themselves represented in marketing from established brands in the space.
Idea: Ready addresses the awkwardness of talking about ED head-on with messaging that's confident yet casual, and makes the process of getting treatment for ED simple and discreet. The principles of simplicity and straightforwardness guide the design of the entire customer experience, from the intake questionnaire to managing treatments with the mobile app to online physician interactions.
Identity
The Ready brand is all about being prepared for whatever life offers you, without the worry and stigma of ED. Ready is confident but relatable, with a calm, earthy color palate, relaxing natural textures, simple, direct photography, and copy that doesn’t take itself too seriously.

Ready is about getting back to enjoying life again, without worrying about ED. Emphasizing the simplicity of the process was essential to a frictionless experience: a few questions, a quick consult, select your plan, then your medication is delivered discreetly to your door.
Ready Patient Portal
Once you've signed up, managing your plans is easy with the Ready app. Your dashboard shows you current and pending treatments, allows you to communicate directly with your physician, and gives you the freedom to modify your plan frequency or cancel any time.
Provider and Admin Portals
The Provider Portal allows telemedicine providers to review new patient applications, approve or deny prescriptions, message or schedule video chats with patients, and see a patient's medical questionnaire responses and history of encounters. Additionally, an administrator portal provides back-end access to the Ready application.
